Product Overview

Rapid Impact Compaction is not so mysterious, its compaction principle is similar to the impact roller, compactor, that is, the generation of instantaneous strong external force, soil particles under the action of strong impact external load, to overcome the frictional resistance between particles sliding and rolling displacement, moving filling to a more delicate, stable position, resulting in gap volume compression, soil gap reduction that is, the surface of the subgrade is more dense.

According to the current construction technology in China, in the construction area of high fill subgrade works of subgrade works, the traditional design schemes and crafts are impact rolling and static pressure piles. These two kinds of mechanical equipment have some problems, such as the trouble of mechanical equipment entering the site, the high cost of static pile, inconvenient management and so on. If reasonable consolidation is not carried out, of course, post construction foundation settlement will not be prevented, resulting in foundation settlement of subgrade works. The Rapid Impact Compaction will raise the rammer to a certain height width ratio according to the oil cylinder, and then release it quickly. During the whole process of accelerating the falling of the rammer, the road surface is indirectly compacted according to the ramming plate. The installation equipment of Rapid Impact Compaction is located on the boom of ordinary small forklift. It is easy to move. It can click or continuously compact the working face to complete high-frequency and high toughness compaction. The impact depth is 3M, which fully ensures the actual effect of compaction.

1.Remove the bucket of the loader. When installing the Rapid Impact Compaction, care should be taken to press down on the mounting arm and then install the arm.

2.find the return line: the oil pipe contains a check valve is the return pipe.

3.Install the oil return pipe: find out the oil pump of the loader, remove the inlet pipe on the loader oil pump, and install the hydraulic pressure back oil pipe on the oil pump.

4.Install the oil inlet pipe, dock the previously removed loader inlet pipe with the hydraulic rammed oil inlet pipe, and tighten the bolts.

5.The power line is marked with 0123 characters, which are installed to the Rapid Impact Compaction from the bottom to the top of the four sensor interfaces.
